Customer Service Star
Position Summary
You will be the main point of contact for our clients. This will be through inbound and outbound calls, and general administration. You will a customer service expert with a passion for serving the customer and contributing to fantastic culture and team.

Duties and Responsibilities
Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Answering customer and client enquiries in a professional and courteous manner;
- Processing of customer and client enquiries in an efficient and accurate manner;
- Managing customer and client complaints as required;
- Notations and call administration;
- Undertaking client and customer follow-up via outbound calling from time to time;
- Assisting in the management and enhancement of customer relationships as required from time to time.
Administration
- Managing customers correspondence;
- Managing client correspondence;
- Managing the recovery of payments as required from time to time;
- Processing and entry of forms received.
Experience
- Entry level computer skills, i.e. word, excel and outlook;
- Previous customer service experience (call centre preferred);
- Experience in an office environment.

- Reliability, honesty, integrity.
