Senior Developer - based in KL, Malaysia
Position Summary
Be part of a Greenfields project, where you will use AGILE development and the latest technologies (Silverlight, WPF). Based in KL, Malaysia you will work closely with our Sydney project team.
Position Description
Responsibilities:
• Drive the design and development of new member management software and related applications with a focus on outward facing functionality for clients via the www.;
• Analysis of business process and workflow to drive new software requirements;
• Documentation of (high and low level) IT development processes and systems;
• Support and knowledge sharing with other IT team members;
• Software design and architectural leadership;
• Full lifecycle development involvement using Object Oriented methodologies;
• Ensuring quality and best practice development;
• Application of good UI design principals;
• Database Design and Implementation;
• Be comfortable in working, managing and co-ordinating all types of project stakeholders
in a software application project using an AGILE methodology;
• Software modelling and design.
Skills & Experience Required
We are looking for a person with 5+ years experience in leading a development team in the design, development and testing of complex feature rich applications.
Experience
• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years commercial software development experience (object oriented)
• 3+ years commercial web development experience (ASP.NET C# 2.0/3.5)
• Solid SQL2000/2005/2008 development skills (5+ year)
• Proven track record of application design experience
