How to sign-up Customers

Signing-up your customers is "Ezy"

Ezypay delivers Australia's most flexible direct debit service.  An example of that flexibility is the number and variety of methods we allow our clients to use when signing-up their customer's to the Ezypay system.  These include;

  • The Online Direct Debit Request (DDR) form allows you to sign your customers up via your secure online account.  Not only will you be able to start billing your customers the very next day there is no need for you to waste your time sending us a paper DDR.  The tailored payments plans available in the Online DDR form allows no room for data entry errors on payment details therefore reducing your customers failed payments. 

  • You can use a triplicate carbonated direct debit request pads to sign-up your customers with Ezypay. Once you receive the pads in the mail, simply tear a form off for your customer to fill in, keep a copy for yourself and fax or mail it back to us to load into our billing management system.
  • Alternatively you can print off DDR forms when you need them using a PDF version of the DDR form.  You can use these forms to email to your customers or paste them on your website where they are available for your customers to download.
  • Our direct debit gateway is coming soon!  This will be a revolution in outsourced direct debiting and should make life very easy for many companies that want a streamlined web based direct debit payment process.

How long does it take for Ezypay to load a new customer into our billing management system?
